Trans Automation Technologies was formed by two partners with over 60 combined years’ experience in the design, manufacture, sale and installation of complete automation systems. We have a complete engineering staff with the expertise to serve you best.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

We build conveyors, pallet dispensers and slip sheet dispensers, robot cell components, product control devices, and complete robot cells in our factory located in Southern California.

AUTOMATION EXPERIENCE

Our company leaders have a combined 60+ years’ experience in the design/build of automated systems. With our engineers included, we have over 150 years’ experience in conveyor design/build and robotics. Our mechanics and steel workers have worked almost exclusively with material handling systems. Custom conveyors and robotic case packing and palletizing is our specialty!

IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING

Our manufacturing facility in Santa Ana, CA is fully-equipped with vertical and horizontal mills, MIG/TIG and arc welders, press brakes, shears, drill presses, etc. allowing us to control quality, costs and shorten lead times.

IN-HOUSE ENGINEERING

Our Mechanical and Electrical Engineers gained many years of their experience directly in the realm of plant automation, conveyor design, and conveyor systems design and robotic application and programming.
